For sale: A Life’s Work
If you want to sell, your company there are a number of questions that need to be answered. When is the right time to sell? Who could be interested in buying? How do the negotiations work? How much is the company worth? How much tax will I have to pay?
Excore can answer questions like these. Excore is a corporate broker specialising in medium–sized companies with a turnover of between 50 million and 1 billion kronor. To strengthen their position in the market and win new assignments, they decided to publish a book and send it to thousands of entrepreneurs just before the summer.
Writing a book is a difficult art. Which is why Excore chose Sandberg Trygg to make sure everything from structure to tone of voice was right. Fredrik Hansson accepted the assignment:
