More quality time with your clients
Not another meeting. Pressed time schedules and lack of time can be a tough challenge when you want to set up meetings with new or current clients. One way to save everybody’s time – and money – is to host a Webinar. No travel, no waiting around, just meet on the Net and get new knowledge, creative energy and inspiration.
Now, what should you think about when running a Webinar? First and foremost, create a meaningful experience for your participants. Make their time worthwhile. Pick a subject matter that really sparks off your participants and also relates to your key message.
Be generous with your own expertise or invite a recognized specialist. Or why not one of your own clients? The important thing is to find out what interests your participants. Prepare for your Webinar as if it were a regular seminar or event. Have an agenda and share video presentations or PowerPoints. Be quick to answer questions to encourage interaction and create a dynamic Webinar.
Have a set schedule for the Webinar and make sure communication can continue after it ends, for example via e-mail, a web page or a Facebook group. Record your Webinar so participants can go back and review thoughts, ideas and opinions. Or check something they might have missed.
A successful Webinar not only provides your participants with new knowledge or a new solution to a problem. You also get to know your new or current customers better while obtaining a lot of valuable input in just one session. At the same time as you’re strengthening your brand. Without wasting anybody’s time.
