Clear focus

• Business marketing [+]
The more you do something, the better you become at it. Sandberg Trygg works exclusively with business marketing. So if your company’s focus is business-to-business, we’re the right agency for you.
• Globally operating clients [+]
The clients we work with operate on a pan-European or worldwide basis. That’s challenging from a communications point of view, as we have to come up with strategies and communications concepts that cross cultural and lingual borders. But we’re used to it, and we like it.
• Complex products and services [+]
Renal dialysis. High-performance liquid chromatography. Precision radiation therapy. We constantly learn about new things from different business sectors. Which means we’re fast learners – you don’t have to explain things over and over again. What’s more, we gain lots of different communications insights and experiences that might be useful when we help boost your business.
• Corporate decision makers [+]
Some agencies claim “anyone can produce advertising for professional buyers, because at the end of the day they are people too”. Well, of course they are people (what else?). But it’s a totally different thing to buy, say, an enterprise resource planning system for your company than it is to buy ice cream for your kids in the supermarket. Having said that, you still need to “touch the hearts” of professional buyers to sell. We know how to produce that kind of communication.
• Language and cultural adaptation [+]
Most of the work we produce is translated and edited into several languages. That’s why we have an in-house language director for securing the quality of our productions as well as speeding up the adaptation process. In addition, you get one contact person regardless how many markets you serve with communications material.

The C3 model

Sandberg Trygg works with a method called the C3 model. The model has been developed and refined since 2004, and is based on knowledge that goes all the way back to the 1960s.

The good thing about the C3 model is that it allows you to work with every step separately. For a typical production assignment, we can often go directly to step 3. In other cases a combination of step 1 and 2 might be enough. This way, we save time and money for you.

Our quality management system is connected to the model.

• C1: Create [+]
The first step is to sort out where and how communications can contribute to boosting your business. This is a truly creative process, setting the standard for all material produced later on.

Examples of deliverables: Communications plan, brand strategy, positioning statement

• C2: Convey [+]
In the second step, we develop an emotionally and intellectually stimulating concept for what you need to communicate. With headlines, pictures and graphics that work across national and cultural borders.

Examples of deliverables: Communications concept, “Look and feel” sketches

• C3: Convince [+]
Step three is about excellent execution and delivery. Producing material with exquisite copy, brilliant pictures and an eye-catching layout. For all media and markets. In twenty or more languages, if needed.

Examples of deliverables:

Digital: Banner, e-marketing, social media, website, video
Print: Ad, brochure, direct mail, press release, product sheet

Busy working creature

• Passion for business [+]
Most advertising schools and school of economics are teaching how to promote fast-moving consumer goods. Fun stuff, absolutely, but what really triggers us at Sandberg Trygg is business-to-business sales. Narrow target audiences, long sales cycles, crucial buying decisions … the list goes on. Why do we prefer it? Well, we simply think it’s more stimulating working with things that are really tricky instead of, say, a chocolate with a new taste.
• Truly dedicated [+]
Everyone working at Sandberg Trygg must be (and is) committed to doing a great job for you, no matter what the communications challenge – global brand campaign or local product sheets.
• Experience beyond advertising [+]
Yes, we know all about David Ogilvy’s rules for advertising and we admire Bill Bernbach’s amazing gift of inspiring creative people to do wonders. However, life’s more than just advertising. Consequently, the people here are encouraged to get inspired in their spare time by growing their interests – may it be fishing, playing drums or going to the gym.
