We all know healthcare providers are under growing pressure. Demographic trends (we’re living longer), shrinking budgets and fewer staff are all conspiring to give even the most stress tolerant managers grey hairs. As if that wasn’t enough, radiology faces its own nightmarish dilemma—trained (and available) radiologists are rapidly becoming rarer than hens’ teeth. Is there any way out of this mess?
The common wisdom is that you shouldn’t sell to people who don’t pay on time. But many payment problems are temporary (unemployment, divorce, etc.) and getting new customers is expensive and time-consuming. Which is why it is unwise to say no to late payers. Alektum Inkasso is now rolling out an international campaign based on exactly that thinking.
The theme for the campaign is: Don’t worry, just sell to your customers. Should payment problems arise, Alektum Inkasso will take care of the case and make sure you get your money back – without jeopardizing customer relationships. When the debt is settled, you can sell to your customers again with no hard feelings.
Skitjakt.se is a new site where hunters can meet and plan their hunt. For those of you not familiar with the world of hunting we can reveal that it is customary to wish your hunting companions: ”A really bad hunt” (en riktig skitjakt). Otherwise they have bad luck. Compare, for example, the expression ”Break a leg”.
Anyway, we produced an ad for skitjakt.se that was published on September 24, in a magazine called Svensk Jakt. The response was enormous. Just over a week later the site had 1 042 visitors and every visitor stayed an average of eight minutes. And most fun of all, 80 hunting teams had registered to get their own homepage via skitjakt.se.
As a Field Service Engineer at Tetra Pak you have a job of great responsibility. You have to know everything from installation and commissioning, to troubleshooting and redesigning packaging lines. At the same time as you represent Tetra Pak. This puts high demands on service mindedness and a pleasant attitude. Sandberg Trygg has produced a series of posters for Tetra Pak, which lifts the role of the field service engineers to the level of everyday heroes.
What do you think of when somebody says SKF? If you belong to the overwhelming majority, the answer is bearings. Which pretty much sums up the challenge SKF is facing.
Truth is, SKF knows so much more than bearings. The company now has to organize and communicate that knowledge to as wide an audience as possible – otherwise it might find itself in a commodity trap that’s difficult to get out of.
In light of this, SKF has created an organization, called Solution Factory, to house its specialist knowledge in seals, mechatronics, lubrication and related services. As the name implies, these ’factories’ provide customized solutions to very specific needs. The plan is to establish some 20 Solution Factories around the world. Sandberg Trygg is in the process of designing launch materials to help put SKF’s knowledge offer on the map.
Right now we are helping Sectra communicate the benefits of their low-dose breast screening equipment – Sectra MicroDose Mammography. What is special about the technique is that the X-ray images are of the highest quality despite a much lower radiation dose than the competitors.
Sectra MicroDose Mammography is already used in 16 countries. In addition to communication directed towards clinics and hospitals, Sectra has chosen to turn directly to the women that will be taking the mammograms. Who wants to expose their body to more radiation than absolutely necessary?
In parallel, we are also working with Sectra PACS, a digital system for handling and archiving X-ray images.
Over the past 20 years Alektum has expanded throughout Europe. During the spring and summer, they have opened offices in four more countries – Estonia, France, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Alektum is now active in thirteen European countries.
Sandberg Trygg has produced campaign material that reflects Alektum’s international success, for example, ads and direct mail directed at finance and accounting staff.
Ramirent is the second biggest rental company for building and construction machines and the company’s motto is “Your local rental equipment supplier”. When Sandberg Trygg was assigned to produce a new website for Ramirent, we chose to create “Your local website”.
Ramirent’s local website includes, among other things, a customer centre when you can rent the machines you need. Instead of travelling out to a local customer centre you log in to ramirent.se and order what you need and also say where you would like it delivered. You can also get statistics on which products have been rented, which facilitates project management – a vital function in the construction business
Sandberg Trygg has also produced an advertising campaign to promote ramirent.se. The campaign appeared on specific business websites and in the trade press.
